We had a wonderful time exploring the Arch, just a short drive away from this hotel. The open lobby concept made it perfect for us to gather with family and colleagues before heading out. The hotel is also well-situated near tons of attractions.

My kids wished there was better communication about amenities like the pool's availability. A warning about its status would have really helped us plan better during our stay.

Unfortunately, the bed was uncomfortably hard, and the elevators were unsettling, sounding as if they might malfunction. My overall experience was decent but could use some improvements.

I really enjoyed the delicious meals and the cozy atmosphere of my king room. both provided a wonderful retreat after my busy day. I’d choose this place again.
